Babanbè - First home tasting
A few weeks ago, we had our first ‘meet and greet’ and Banh Mi tasting at a friend’s house. First of all, we wanted to show our recipes and the process of building our sandwich. It took a while to make it taste perfect, but we’re confident that, by now, every ingredient has found it’s place. Also check out this instruction video on Howcast and try it yourself.

They start by reinventing the banh mi — the classic street-vendor Vietnamese-French sandwich.
